		<description>The state of Maryland funds public transportation via the gasoline tax.  So what happens when many people stop driving and take the trains, causing ridership to reach an all time high?  They have to cut services due to loss of income.

I live in Los Angeles, which &lt;i&gt;still&lt;/i&gt; hasn't managed to get public transportation right. It's unreal. Los Angeles, for Pete's sake!</description>
