Steven...You're gonna die from something. Ice cream, especially Ben & Jerry's, seems to be one way of saying you at least lived your life!
By the way, I am a frozen food department manager and Ben & Jerry's has new flavors coming out. I plan on living my life and partaking of the new choices!

I typically eat half, then stick it back in the freezer and forget about it forever. I assume that at some point either my wife or the kids vulture it or it's just thrown out. What makes this problem all the more trenchant is that I only buy the stuff (and the low-fat versions always!) maybe twice a year. I have a sore throat just now, which is why I was indulging.

Don't let them ruin desert for you - just take it in moderation: eat, say, a quarter of the pint each day for four days. Then you get to have your ice cream and live too.
