		<description>The lack of will or vision on creating all sorts of jobs is rather stunning.  The other things that confuses me is how slow the administration has let things happen.  You'd think - OK I thought - most of these people being younger, and understanding that the honeymoon wasn't going to last for ever, they'd hit the ground running and try to pass and do all sorts of stuff ASAP.  Shoot, that was the planned strategy on HCR - have a bill on Obama's desk by August.  Then the Senate ground everything to a halt, and the administration did . . . nothing.  And here we are.
